How To Order

By ordering or purchasing any of our products, you hereby agree to the following rules and regulations:

1. No backing out once your order is confirmed.

2. Strictly no return, refund, or exchange for any purchase or deposit.

3. We only deliver our items to you via Poslaju. All the items are already inclusive of postage fees :)

4. Payments:
i. For reservation(s) without any deposit, full payment must be made within one day of confirmation or the item shall be passed to the next interested buyer. Buyers who are able to make payment first shall be prioritized.

ii. For reservation(s) with deposit (a minimum of RM20.00), full payment must be made within a period which you and ourselves have agreed to.

5. We are not responsible for any damages or loss during shipping process.

6. We have the right to change our policy(s) without earlier notice.

2. Please fill up everything in the form.

3. We shall reply your email within 24 hours to confirm your order. If you do not receive a reply from us within that period, kindly re-email us, in case anything happens to the previous one.

4. Order shall be taken in on a 'first come first serve' basis.

5. Postage of parcels will only be done on Monday, Wednesday & Friday. Plan your payments wisely.
